1.2. The Company Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
2. ORDERING METHOD
2.1. The Company’s websites (including www.abiandjoseph.com and www.abiandjoseph.com.au) offer on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email can also be accepted but are always subject to final confirmation of the Company’s management and may be cancelled at anytime.
3. CURRENCY USED
3.1. On the Company’s websites (www.abiandjoseph.com.au ) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
3.2. All prices displayed on the Australia website will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian Domestic Goods and Services Tax).
4. GST (Australian Domestic Goods and Services Tax).
4.1. All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Company’s Website will be subject to Australian GST.
4.2. The rate of Australian GST is 10%.
4.3. When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.
5. SHIPPING RATES
5.1. The Company will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.
5.2. Shipping rates may vary and the free or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of the Company.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

6. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
6.1. Full priced online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel Express and usually arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
6.2. Standard Shipping rates for deliveries within Australia are free for orders when delivered to addresses within Australia.
6.3. Orders below certain values (generally below $40 or with sales items only) may be sent using the Australia Post Standard Delivery Service or Fastway Couriers and not the service referred to in 6.1. This will occur where management deems the cost of sending the goods is excessive having regard to the value of the goods being shipped.
7. SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
7.1. Online orders for delivery to New Zealand are normally dispatched via Air Mail and should usually arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch.
7.2. Standard Shipping rates for delivery with New Zealand are:
7.3. A flat Shipping Rate of AUD$20 applies to all New Zealand deliveries AUD$150 of purchased goods and under.
7.4. Shipping is free for orders over AUD$200 in purchased goods when delivered to addresses within New Zealand.
7.5. The Company does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, New Zealand duties or taxes that may apply; these will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
8.1. The Company ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail.
8.2. Orders should normally arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch.
8.3. The Company does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
8.4. International customers (customers outside Australia) will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

9. DISPATCH OF ORDERS
9.1. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
9.2. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order the items will be deducted from your order prior to sending and your invoice adjusted accordingly.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
10.1. On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
10.2. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the Company, as soon as possible. Please see Returns Policy for more information.
11.1. The Company reserves the right to change prices without notice.
11.2. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.
11.3. Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.
12. GIFT CARDS
12.1. The Company may from time to time make Gift Cards available on the website.
12.2. Gift Cards when issued may be used online via the the Company websites in the country of issue.
12.3. Gift Cards are treated by the Company as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that the Company Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not constitute a purchase of goods and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts.
12.4. The Company Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
12.4.1. They do not include GST;
12.4.2. They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.
13. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

14. RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
14.1. If your order is returned for refund and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition; otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
14.2. If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.
14.3. There is no warranty or exchange on gift with purchase items and/or promotional products.
15. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
15.1. Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
16. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
16.1. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, The Company reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
16.2. The Company will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
