IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENSURE YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR ITEMS BACK

  • You can return any item within 28 days of purchase if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached – garments where the tags have been removed will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are marked, pulled, or have a strong odour are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer's defect.
  • Make sure to fill out the returns form included in your parcel and place this in our reusable postage satchel with the items you wish to return.
  • Please note that $8.95 AUD postage will be deducted for all returns requiring a refund if you choose to use our label.
  • All returns (excluding SALE and Selected Specific Promotions) are eligible for exchange or refund.
  • If there is a deemed manufacture fault, the item is eligible for refund regardless of the promotional event in which it was purchased.
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of accessories (e.g., socks, hats, visors, headbands, and yoga mats).
  • All last chance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Wholesale customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

BUNDLE RETURN POLICY

  • If you wish to return a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned. Partial returns are generally not accepted.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed for the entire bundle. If the bundle includes a discount, the refund will be based on the price paid for the complete bundle.
  • All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.

BLACK FRIDAY RETURN POLICY

  • Items purchased during Black Friday with a 25% or greater discount are eligible for exchange or credit only. Refunds are only offered for items with a manufacturing fault.
  • Free gift items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item if stock is available.

FREE CARRERA 7/8 LEGGING PURPLE - RETURN POLICY

  • Orders must remain at $159 or above to keep the legging.

Once we have received your return/exchange, please allow 5 business days for processing – you will be notified via email once processed. Our returns are sent via standard post and delivered according to standard shipping time frames.

SALE items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty. They are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Steps:

  1. Ensure garments are unworn, tags attached, within 28 days.

  4. Lodge at a Post Office or Red Box. Keep your tracking number.

NOTE: If returning for an exchange, specify your desired replacement. We cover shipping of the exchanged item. If your requested item is unavailable or costs more, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.

Returns eligible for refund or exchange. Return postage must be covered by the customer.

  3. Lodge your return and retain tracking number.
  4. If requesting an exchange, specify replacement style. Shipping of exchanged item is covered by us. If the new item is unavailable or costs more, you’ll receive a refund or store credit.

Wholesale Orders

No returns for change of mind or incorrect size. Please contact us with any issues.

Consumer Guarantees

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us for return and replacement/refund arrangements. Refund for shipping is at management discretion.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: If a product is not of acceptable quality, is unfit for purpose, or differs from its description, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or compensation. Issues caused by misuse are excluded.
