WILL THERE BE SHIPPING DELAYS?
Yes! Whilst we do our best to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, during the Black Friday Sales please allow 5-10 days after your order has been placed. Please bear in mind that once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to control any delays that Australia Post may have.
ARE YOUR DETAILS UP TO DATE?
To ensure you receive your order without any issues please remember to check the following:
- Your delivery address is up to date.
- Your items and sizes in your cart are correct.
- Your payment details with your preferred payment provider are up to date.
CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, not this time! During Black Friday Sales we are unable to change or amend orders. The best way to ensure you don’t miss out is to place another order for your item and return your items for a refund.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders or refund shipping charges during Black Friday. As we receive thousands of orders, we have limited flexibility.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We are not offering exchanges during our Black Friday Sale, but Refunds on all styles except those marked "Final Sale". If you loved the style you purchased but the size wasn't quite right, we recommend that you place a new order for the size/style needed to guarantee you don't miss out and return the styles that are aren't quite right for a refund.
In the event that your item is out of stock, we will process your order accordingly and issue a refund for the out of stock styles.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Unfortunately, this can happen from time to time with thousands of orders being placed at the same time. We will issue you a refund and dispatch your order without the out of stock style.
MY DISCOUNT CODE WON’T WORK?
Sorry not this time! Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items.
