+ For orders $130 AUD and under, a $10 AUD flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

+ Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Delivery and can take between 3 - 12 business days to be delivered**

+ Please note that all international orders will not pay Australian sales tax. Upon confirmation of order, international orders will be reduced by 1/11 in value equivalent to the Australian sales tax that would have been payable.

+ Orders are not tracked outside of Australia and abi and joseph will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.

Freight – Business and Wholesale Customers:

All orders to business/wholesale customers of abi and joseph and who receive wholesale pricing will incur a delivery charge. Before shipping you will be advised of this charge and the approximate time for delivery. The delivery charge represents the actual cost of having the goods delivered to your stated delivery address.

 

Order Processing:

For orders received prior to 12pm (AEST) on a business day– these orders will be shipped the day of receipt of the order, once valid payment is confirmed*. To determine your approximate delivery time see the attached Australia Post Delivery Time Table for your local post code delivery times.

For orders received after 12pm (AEST) on a business day - these orders may be processed and shipped the next day*.

* Orders received with items waiting to be receipted into the warehouse may be dispatched the next day. If receipt time is longer than 2 days we will contact you to let you know.

 

Payment Terms:

Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay and PayPal. Transactions will be billed in Australian dollars. You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm goods purchased and value of order.

Once the items in your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the goods using your nominated credit card. You authorise abi and joseph to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card.

If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and will contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.

If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time. You can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
