IMPORTANT: Please ensure you meet the following criteria prior to sending your items back

+ Items are only eligible for return if they are sent back within 28 days of purchase. Before you return your item, ensure your garment is within our 28 day returns period

+ Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached – garments where the tags have been removed are unable to be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons (unfortunately, there’s no exceptions on this!) 

+ Please note that all items purchased under LAST CHANCE are ineligible for a refund, and are only able to be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

For peace of mind this holiday season, all purchases from December 4th until midnight December 25th 2018 can be returned up until midnight January 25th 2019*

AU/NZ

AU/NZ orders

FOR ALL EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS (excluding Last Chance Styles)

We are pleased to provide you with FREE RETURNS – for peace of mind, the return postage is on us! Please use the returns label included in your parcel to send your items back to us. 

FOR ALL REFUNDS (excluding Last Chance Styles)

For all returns requiring a refund, you are more than welcome to use the supplied return label and the postage cost ($7.95) will be deducted from your refund. 

HOW TO RETURN:

1)     Ensure that the tags are still attached and garments are unworn and in original condition and fall within our 28 day return period. 

2)     Fill out your returns form and place in the satchel with your invoice and your items for return.

3)     Use our prepaid label included in your order - just attach to the satchel and you’re good to go!

4)     Place in any Red Australia Post Box or lodge at your local Post Office (remember to take note of the tracking number)

5)     PLEASE NOTE: If returning for a refund (excluding Last Chance Styles), $7.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the postage cost. If returning for an exchange, please specify which style you would like as a replacement on your returns form. Please also note that when you return an item for exchange, the postage of your new item will be covered by us!

 

LAST CHANCE styles

The items that you have ordered are the last of their style! They are yours to keep so please note, no refunds, just exchanges or store credits. Please follow the instructions below for your Last Chance returns. 

HOW TO RETURN:

1)     Ensure that the tags are still attached and garments are unworn and in original condition and fall within our 28 day return period. 

2)     Fill out your returns form and place in the satchel with your invoice and your items for return. Ensure you specify whether you wish to receive an exchange or store credit.

5)     PLEASE NOTE: If returning for an exchange, please specify which style you would like as a replacement on the back of your returns form. Please also note that when you return an item for exchange, the postage of your new item will be covered by us!

 

International

Returns policy for INTERNATIONAL orders (excluding NZ)

For the return of items, international orders are eligible for a refund (excluding Last Chance styles), store credit or exchange however return postage will be organised and paid for by the customer.

HOW TO RETURN:

1)     Ensure that the tags are still attached and garments are unworn and in original condition and fall within our 28 day return period.

2)     Fill out your returns form and place in the satchel with your invoice and your items for return. Ensure you specify whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange or store credit. Remember Last Chance styles are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

3)     Lodge via a Post Office or Courier Company (remember to take note of the tracking number)

4)     PLEASE NOTE: If returning for an exchange, please specify which style you would like as a replacement on the back of your returns form. Please also note that when you return an item for exchange, the postage of your new item will be covered by us!

Multi-Buy Offers

 

+ For non-wholesale/Industry customers only.

+ Subject to our standard terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges, except where expressly amended in the offer.

+ Subject to the extended Returns Period and free return delivery offer where applicable.

+ Exchanges allowed for change of size or style within the selected styles.

+ Styles can be returned for exchange or refund with the return cost of postage covered by abi and joseph using our reply paid label. Where our Reply Paid label is not used abi and joseph will not cover the cost of the return postage and is under no obligation to do so.

+ Return of individual items for refund - the offer applies for the purchase of selected multiple styles within the offer only (2 or more styles purchased). Where one of the styles is returned for a refund the amount refunded will be determined as if the kept style was purchased at full price, refunding the difference between the kept styles full RRP and the Multi Buy Price.

 

Consumer Guarantees

Returns due to garment damage/being faulty or incorrect items shipped

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to and from our company warehouse to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards and are as ordered. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product or an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us to arrange return delivery for a replacement or refund. A refund for the original freight is at the discretion of Management.

 

Consumer Guarantees

You have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that are in addition to and are not limited by our change-of-mind policy or by any other return policy, statement or comment we might make. If a consumer guarantee is not met, for example if a product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or to be compensated for any drop in value of the product (if you keep it). If the issue with the product is a minor one, we may choose to offer you a free repair of the product. The consumer guarantees do not apply where, after sale, the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

To make a claim under the consumer guarantees, you will need to return the item to us and provide proof of purchase. We expect the proof you provide to include some specific reference to the item your claim relates to or the specific amount paid for the item.

+ If you are returning any style (excluding Last Chance styles), please print out this Return & Exchange form, providing the relevant information including whether you require a  refund, store credit  or  exchange and the reason/s why. This form needs to be sent with the returned item/s. 

+ If you are returning a  Last Chance  item, please print out the Last Chance Return & Exchange form,  providing the relevant information including whether you require a  store credit  or  exchange  and the reason/s why. This form needs to be sent with the returned item/s.

 

INTERNATIONAL orders (excluding NZ):

+ If you are returning any style, please print out this International Return & Exchange form ,  providing the relevant information including whether you require a  refund, store credit  or  exchange  and the reason/s why. Remember Last Chance styles are only eligible for exchange or store credit. This form needs to be sent with the returned item/s.
