+ An “Eligible Entrant” is any Australian Resident who enters of age 18 years and older, who is not an employee of the Promoters, the Promoter’s associated companies. Only eligible entrants may enter this competition. The winner will be notified by direct message.

+ To enter the entrants must, during the Promotional Period: confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; take a photo in abi and joseph activewear, share via your Instagram or Facebook feed, follow and tag @abiandjoseph, also ensure your account is set to public.

+ The abi and joseph prize will be distributed in one $100 abi and joseph gift voucher, emailed to the Winning Entrant, to be used on the abi and joseph website. The vouchers may be used only on full-priced items (items not on sale or which have trade/wholesale discount applied). No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The Promoters will not be responsible for any gift voucher that is lost or stolen.

+ abi and joseph Win a $100 Voucher Competition is open only to those who complete all of the specified entry conditions. This competition is open to Australian Residents over the age of 18, and is void where prohibited by law.

+ Competition Winner will be drawn at random each month at abi and joseph (Unit 16, 19 Warehouse Road, Southport QLD 4215) the winner notified by email on that same day.

+ In order to participate in this competition, you must have access to Social Media and E-mail address.

+ Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that their entry submitted is an original work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable legislation.

+ The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.

+ If you enter the competition via Facebook or Instagram you also acknowledge that Facebook or Instagram are not in any way responsible for the draw, associated with the Promoter, or responsible for its administration and its outcome. You also release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in respect of the running and administration of the competition.
