How do I redeem Gift Voucher or use my offer code?
Where do I put my Gift Voucher or Offer Code?
- In your cart named "My Bag" you have the option to Redeem Offer Code or Gift Card
- The Offer Code and Gift Card Box is located after the products in your bag, underneath the subtotal.
- Click into the Offer Code Box and enter your offer code or click into the Gift Card Code Box and enter your Gift Card Code.
- Click Apply.

- Offer codes are only valid on Full Priced items. Offer codes are not applicable on Sales, Gift Cards, Last Chance or any other offer.
How do I track my order?

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an e-mail with the headline 'Your order has been shipped.' This e-mail includes your tracking number. Copy and paste the code and click the following link to track your parcel at Australia Post. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Which Currency does the abi and joseph website use?

AU SITE: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases are charged in Australia Dollars and will be converted to the accurate exchange rate by your banking institution.

In order for your password to be resent to you, please click here , and email us a request for your password to be reset.

How accurate is your sizing?
abi and joseph sizes correspond to the Australian Standard. The most accurate way of checking your sizing is by comparing your measurements to our sizing chart which you can find at: https://abiandjoseph.com.au/size-guide. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your measurements to us and we can recommend the best fit for you!
Where is abi and joseph clothing made?
abi and joseph clothing is designed and developed in Brisbane, Australia and made in China.
What is your returns policy?
All returns are eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund. Items are only eligible for return if they are sent back within 28 days of purchase, please check date of purchase before sending your return. How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed and refunded into the credit card, AfterPay, Paypal or Zip account they were purchased with. Items must be returned as per our Returns Policy.

Can I track my Parcel?
Yes. Australia Post Standard Parcel Post and Australia Post Express Post allows you to track-and-trace your item. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number to track your parcel. Please note all deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery time frames. Can I make purchases over the phone?

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We deliver to most countries around the world daily. However, the postal charge does not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by international customs. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We all know that feeling - you place your order for a new pair of Pilates Pants, a Yoga Top or even a jacket for travel and you can't wait to receive it! Please consider the following when trying to determine the delivery date of your package:
+ Credit card authorisation must be received prior to processing.
+ Purchases placed after 12pm Australian EST may not be dispatched until the following business day. We will generally dispatch all orders received before 12pm on that day, however at times some orders may not be dispatched where there is high volume of orders being processed or waiting on selected items to be received into the warehouse. These will be dispatched the next day.
+ Australia Post Express please allow 1-3 business days. Australia Post Parcel Post please allow 1 – 7 business days. Please note all deliveries are subject to Australia Post delivery time frames.
+ Delivery to USA, UK, Europe, Asia and the rest of the world may take up to 10-30 business days due to customs regulations.
